Need advice on ECU

New to the forum. Thinking of upgrading the ECU for my evo. Appreciate some advice on :

1. available functions between motec, microtech, haltech, ralliart etc -
2. tunability
3. where i can get them
4. very importantly... PRICE!

i have a motec M800 and Autronic for sale!! both are plug n play, no wiring needed.!

Those 2 are reputable names.

Some questions;

1. would it 'plug n play' for evo7?
2. who can do the installation?
3. again, RM???
