king tiger problem

I just had the king tiger installed in my 89 chev truck and have to say i am very happy with it. my only problem is that alot of time i get the no acknowledgement signal when trying to start my truck. I'm only about 15 feet away. Any ideas? Thank you for any help.

Hi...your remote may be faulty. Please take it back to whoever who sold it to you.

unfortunatly they don't but it's both remotes not just the one

I assume you are from the States? They don't provide you with support there? How come?

Is the problem just with acknowledgement signal? Your truck starts up fine? What about when you do a status check does the signal come back to the remote properly?

Maybe you can try reprogramming your remotes using the manual and see if that helps. If not I suspect your remotes could be faulty

I'm actually in canada and the store i bought it from doesn't even do installations. I've tried to find the manufactures website to order two new remotes but i can't seem to find a website or a contact number anywhere. Does any one here have any info. Thank you.
