Alarm issue PLEASE HELP ASAP

I have a King Eagle alarm. I took my truck to get detailed, when they were finished the truck would start by remote but would suddenly died, the key will not start the truck. The status LED lights are on solid, the remote works, I disconnected the battery over night, tried turning valet on and off. Now it wont remote start or key start. Is there a way to disengage the ignition kill?

Please HELP.

i took off the whole thing..
not the best solution but at least it works..

I had a local alarm place install. It has been working great for almost 3 yrs. Then this happened.

No issue with alarm, the guy who detailed the truck got water in a fuse box blowing a fuse and making it so the alarm couldn't recognise the ignition.

Can anybody tell me which fuse? I'm having the same problem now. HElllpppp...
