how to clean inside headlights!

Dear Forummers,

Does anyone know where I can go to 'clean' the inside of my headlights? on the day time, it looks ok but when I swith on my lights at night, I can see a fair bit of dust on the inside of the headlight assembly...

I guess you would need to disassemble the cover. How to do that? Not sure :P
