Engine Start Problem

Dear sifus,

Wanna ask on behalf of my sis that why her Jazz always need few cranks then only can start the engine? Service center has checked but cannot found the problem. Battery is new one. is it because of starter problem? but that car only few years and with very low mileage so shouldn't be starter right?...please help...TQ

Try Pumping Ron 97 see if it make any different.....

maybe the starter should be service....ron 97 as well as another solution...:)
