Lynx TX3 ABS problem- recommend workshop

I have recentlt taken over a 1998 Lynx TX3.
The ABS is not working & the ABS light is illuminated. According to the previous owner the ABS light came on ever since an engine transplant 4 years back.
Can someone recommend me a competent mechanic that is familiar with this model? In PJ preferably.
