help me on TEIN adjustable

anyone can help me....
i used ae101 TEIN type HA double spring....
i know it can adjus hi/lo

are this type come with soft/hard????
how to adjust soft/hard... please help me....

from what i know.....
if there is not some kind of switch to adjust the soft/hard level,
the other type is by turning the spring the other way around.....
u know what i mean?

so i think urs is turning the spring the other way around....
the spring should look different if it's the other way...u can tell just by looking at it..

at the top of the absorber strut (the shiny thick thing coming from abs) .. there is a mechanical dial thing .. like a small little knob with small allenkey hole ... turn it clockwise to make it HARDER and anti clockwise to make it SOFTER ...

i already used it and no gab to fender... i cannot adjust hi lo coz i didn't have the adjuster... how???? help me???
only can change soft hard... now i used soft, oklah from hard....but can hear sound at the 4-4 absorber.. sound like "shih-shih"

but when turn to hard the sound was gone....


one more thing is it when drive ade henjut2???? like spring potong....

or already need to servis??? newei how much to servis??? which the best shop can servis this thing....

i) "shih shih" sound when you comes across a bumper right ???
ii) check your coilover got oil leak or not...if leak - service it...if not - no need to service it...
iii) "henjut2" is normal for Tien :D...that's nuttin compared to JIC coilover...heeee...

if you need to service it...ask RS One Motorsport...

high low adjustment....i did mine with my bare hands only....
to make it go up or down....but to secure it, u need the key i suppose

mine was RM200 cuz Danny said i already dismantled the coilover he has to charge more...if not maybe could get lesser...

but the one thing i love my JIC is during highspeed corner...superbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb...:D

rm200 for one absorber only..??2 for rm400 la..?4 for rm800..??

try doing it with ur hands for now....
save u some time before u can find the adjuster....
what car u using...??try changing to 205/45....maybe can help abit...

- the "adjustment wrench" you can buy it at any performance shop or at RS One (link given)...
- the sagat one iether
i) make ur suspension (absober) a little bit harder
ii) adjust ur spring a little bit higher

hi bro,
i used to have a set of JIC also... but found the pillow ball mount got sound...and the screw at the top will found loosen...
izit the pillow ball mount broken? can it be repair?

check if the pillow ball mount got free play or loosen...due to it maybe ur screw always loosen...that one i don't know can be repair or not...the best thing to do is to call the expert...

why la so susah ?? just take a drive there lorrr .. if not then just go N1 in sunway lorr .. they sure have one since they are the authorised distributor for TEIN over here ..
all only $$$ .. hehehehe
