engine flash light!!

i need help...my engine flash light keeps coming out
i went to the workship that i normally go --> they stated it normally sensor problem....they then remove the flash light using cpu/ecu......my car drive normally
but just one week ago, smoke keep coming from the bonnet..and the car stopped....becouse of temperature/heat....the stated the radiator need change....i change the radiator for rm 1200
then today...the flash light comes up again

i need help...
when i go to the garage...i remember the failure code is can communication.....but i don't remember the exact code

simple enough...i just need trustable garage for my 350z in kl please!!!

if they can reset the error code why th workshop didnt check what was the error?

O2 sensor faulty maybe....
