Braking Problem Question

hi guys.. i got a brake problem, when braking the brake pedal become deeper n deeper n braking not so 'makan'.. it is time to service with the brake repair kits or bleed?.. i noticed there no leaking anywhere at the braking system.. hope u guys can give me some tips..

well since there is no leaking ..i think tat the master pump seal kit is worn out...if change the seal kit and done bleeding still same problems ...then the whole pump is rosak lah due to wear and tear...there mayb the brake booster problems also ....
u can check the brake booster is function well or not by turning off the engine and press the brake pedal ..u can feel it getting harder and the same time the pedal is getting higher and higher....after few pump and the pedal stay the highest position...dun release it and u start the engine...now u can feel the pedal getting down ...then it is ok wit the booster...
