CVR doesnt need 400w rms to sound loud. Even with 200w rms is sufficient.

Kicker CompVR or CVR is DVC 4 ohm or 2 ohm 400w rms
Kicker L5 is 2 ohm DVC 600w rms

which one the CVR or the L5?

for your amp, try and get the DVC 2 ohm CVR wire in parallel to have a 1 ohm load and built a ported box around 2.5 - 3 cu.^3 ported tuned to 45 - 50 hz. Deadened the whole car should give you some good SPL.

I can give you Kicker Comp for RM399 and CVR for RM799. Brand new item with 1 year warranty.
CVR is not very recommended for 300Wrms amp.
