Labor is expensive when doing a recon....material wise in recondtioning the alternator doesn't really cost much

but klang i know la..
next to hin hua high school a row of shops wif petrol station at other end (police station)
in between theres 1 guy reconds these things...
theres a nice bicycle shop around there too...

thx for all ur replies.... i have changed to a recon that cost me rm 125 and labor to modify was rm 50 (eeerk)....... as it was a newer version and is 70A... btw my car is an old KE30.... i have fitted a KE70 alternaotor 70A with built in fan and regulator... cheers..
