Windscreen damage

Anyone got recommendation where to fix stonechips/cracks on windscreen? There's one small dot on my windscreen that is growing the crack-lines. Damn sad, just one month already like this.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I met with a specialist already. The crack is inside within the laminated glass so nothing can be done at the moment. When the crack goes to the surface I can fix it by filling it with resin or just go for replacement. For now it will only be a cosmetic issue which makes me feel better.

I'll have to hunt down a good specialist for windscreen replacement.
