turbine wastegate problem.

turbo sifus....
I currently using td05 turbine taken from evoIII,somebody told me that the wastegate doesnt play that much.It opens at very high rpm.Why is it so?? is it harmful?? And what is the counter measure?? Please advice....thanks!!

Might be overboosting.

CHeck wastegate diaphram first and then A/F ratio.
