TT141 Corona Steering Rack

Any kind sifu that can help me out? I just repaired the undercarriage of my Corona TT141, but my steering rack is faulty. The mechanic cannot find replacement for it. Now I cannot drive more than 60kmph or else the car will suddenly pull to the left or right like a drunk driver. Are there steering rack assemblies from other car models that are suitable?

There are some members (one of them is WanDV, if not mistaken) there sells/deal with old toyota parts. The parts are sourced from Ipoh. The members could post them to you at a reasonable cost.

Or, you could remove the part, and search at Jalan Ipoh, KL at the spareparts shop. I think the rack thingy still can be found. My fren even found parts for KE30 car.

Managed to find a steering rack from celica and modded it in. My car is working fine now. Thanks :wavey:
