Too slow to load a page

I've try many websites and it doesn't seem to be a problem for me..
but it takes like 5 minutes to load a page in here..
sometimes its a bit irritating because i was replying to the members in marketplace and i need to wait 5 minutes for another reply for the page to load.. Its very very slow.. can anyone solve this problem please?

i was using a 3.0ghz, 2gb ram and 1mb/s connection speed for ur information

kenc1112, may I know what Anti-virus and anti-popup program you installed?
Your OS and browser you use?

hi...i was using nod32 anti virus and windows default anti-popup pragram i think

btw...what is OS?
and the browser is IE 6.5 i think
