Tender Number

Hi,

My sister buy new Matrix and booking nice registration number for the car...

Unfortunately, the number has been taken.... So, the salesperson say we should get the refund of the tender from the JPJ instead of them..

Is this right?

Yes, did your sister fill in the tender form as provided by JPJ ?

Also included the 10% of the tendered price of Wang Pos.

No idea, my sister just past him RM250 and ask him to get the same number of her previous car.... unfortunately without receipt.....

BTW, that JPJ issue a receipt of payment for number tender..?
