for civic leh,the front spring rate is 6kg while the rear is 3kg.ok lar.wont break
ur back 1.but this all depend on the user.someone like it hard as rock(jin) while
others like more towards comfort.

TEIN Mono Flex are good - have them on 350Z, 34GTR and STI but you need EDFC
