Suspensions servicing

hey ppl,
Just wondering did anybody went to service their suspensions before? Izzit adviseable to do so? My suspension are from RG and been using like 3 years + already..now can feel thats its bumpy riding n got *klong klong sound..so feel like servicing it.. but would like ur feedback on it...

Btw its around rm80 for 1 right?

go for top perfect.. the one who produce HWL suspension... but y dun u send back to RG for servicing???

Yea i know where to servise them, just that i wanna hear feedback on the PPl who had brought theirs to service them... :P

i saw a place that service absobers in the sg besi, there is a very famous 'FISH HEAD' near by 1..;)
