SR20DET... wiring.

Halo fellow car freaks. For Anyone that can help out with wiring or suggestions. got u AFR fixed into my car by N1. They said all ok but something wrong with sensor. Changed sensor but still shows impropper readings. It stays full RED all the time. now, it sometimes fluctuates to yellow then green then back to red. It even blinks when signalling or aircond is turned on. I think its a grounding problem but need more advice.

u12 and U13 is same
I think it same with NA version SR20DET FWD version as well

GTiR one is different
