RPM not functioning well

Hi guys..
To all the VTEC husler, i just want ur opinion/advise on how to solve my problem. My RPM got problem whereby it was not functioning well.

Scenario 1: When I turn on my car engine, it will rev up to 2k and then goes back to 0.

Scenario 2: When my car engine turn on / while im driving the RPM was not functioning at all.

Scenario 3: When I turn on my aircond, then my RPM will effect. It will go up to 2-3k then it will go back to 0.

* Note: My VTEC still functioning even though the RPM was not functioning*

Pls help me to solve the problem as i really piss off with this problem.

Are you sure it goes to "0" ? .. if it goes to "0" .. ure engine will stop rite?

thanks 4 the reply bro ..

Im very sure that the RPM goes back to "0" and my engine non stop. I can still drive like normal & even my VTEC still can open/function at the preset level.
