The Civic EG6 is also a good suggestion. Still looks cool, nice chassis, lots of options to modify and make it fast (B16A-B18C), still relatively simple car.

consider the new P3-21A....personally witnessed the demo at bukit jalil (still going on until 18-03-2012)...damn nice handling and acceleration...plus its a CFE engine....powerful and fuel efficiency..but dunno how much they selling.....
