I'd buy a scooby for the exhaust note alone... hehehe...
Airtrek scoop is the same. Without the TMIC, air will be channeled to the rocker cover ... in fact, it's bad during heavy rains as water gush onto the plug valley. So usually those with removed TMIC, Ah Wah will make a metal cover to close the scoop opening. I leave it open a bit to channel air/water to the manifold injector area instead.
