I'm really pissed with proton edar puchong. Their service sucked and the people are very rude. They never call me to tell that my replacement power window is ready. Then I have to waste 5 hours of my life waiting them to change my front absorber... after that they tell me its out of stock.

Now, can anybody tell me how to go to PE Bandar Tun razak service centre from KESAS highway? I've been to that area but cannot find it.

The problem is its still under warranty. My gen2... the power window broken already. Damn~!!

no better place to go. i faced similar problems with PE Seremban branch, Melaka branch, PJ branch. sighh...

anyway, my fren is the After Sales Manager with Proton Edar but only for Southern Region (Melaka, Johor). SHould any of us have any problems i could forward ur problems to him so that further actions can be taken.

Finally changed my power window regulator at PE servis sri petaling. Really good job. Got it done in less than 1/2 hour. No need to make appointment or order the parts. Very happy now :)
