Problem with CD auto tray

Hi guys,

If the auto tray of my Kenwood car dvd player is faulty. CD sometimes get stuck halfway when ejecting, can this be fixed? Anyone experienced this before and can share some experience? Tx

Sure this can be fixed.
Just send it back to your installer.
If the player is more than 3 years old, then you may have to replace the drive mechanism and the laser pick up.

Oh...It's an old model...plays the CD well...the drive mechanism and the laser pickup is together?

Also any shop to recommend, familiar with Kenwood? Or should I go direct to Kenwood? Tx
