hello , i am planning to UPGARED my AE111 to new engine... currently still using ori engine 1.6 16V auto . Planning to change with AE111 BTop 20V auto gear box. Some my prenz telling me .. auto GBox with Btop engine did not feel so much diffrent with ori engine .... so i need any sifu to telling me good thing and bad thing using the Btop 20V w auto Gbox... if any sifu have ur opinion .. please asit me.. thank... nice to meet u all.....

I honestly believe auto gearbox on a BT 20V is a waste of time. Yes, you will feel the BT being gutless, ie no power as compared to a manual. IMO, BT's should be with a manual gearbox to use it potential :)

But if you want a normal daily driver and want auto, i guess you can go ahead. But still wasted I think.

auto gearbox good for traffic jams :P

maybe someone else might have a different opinion on this? :)

i use auto but no prob. poweeeer.... use manual if u want feel ur 20v..

i got a fren driving AE111 wit auto tran....i try it before n think that the AE111 auto was no pickup but end was good....therefore if u want a relax drive should be no problem....

my opinion original AE111 1.6 16v pick up much better then 20v auto pick up....
20v auto also can reach 200km hahahaha

i'm using BT auto as well and i agree with what kevfoo's said.
stil trying my very best to improve its pickup...:confused_smile:
