Good to know 20g can achieve. But is it possible 20g with stock internals?

If stock setup unable to achieve that, everything must upgrade once the stock parts is changed

Looks like need to go stage 2, what I have in mind:
-20g turbo
-adjustable cam pulley
-Upgrade rod bearings
-Upgrade injectors

Gbox.. Hopefully clutch can withstand..

Stage 2 unable to drive it daily :sleep:


And kapischssss sound don't forget..Or chu chu chu

btw, im having issue where boost meter slowly creep/ jump to 2bar...even at idle. i dont hear any turbo spooling when light accelerate.

Can this be sensor issue? and not a leak in piping?..

But boost meter run on pressure in vacuum hose....

yup...i triple ziptie it down but the sensor gone haywire..

man, i thought new genuine product is good, didnt last a month..hahaha..warranty only on meter for 1 month

bought 470 wooo..no cheap one..should have gone to kedai potong...just bought hks evc 4 at same price..from chop shop..no boost gauge in car xberani boost..

btw, the sensor cant withstand heat is it?, electronic type... during day and sunny time easy to get "2bar" rather than at night, take some time to boost "2bar"..

I replace those cheapo cable for HKS gauges, but....yup still cap ayam gauges.
Ori gauges, wait first....just after CNY, koyak a bit dy

Nope...Faulty less than 1 month age boost sensor cause the gauge to read it 2bar..If it is 2bar,my engine blows gloriously...Haha

Update for the build...Purchase hks Evc 4 to replace the faulty boost meter...Now the Evc min boost 0.9 bar.. ...Had to purchase fuel pump n regulator due to engine running lean at 0.8 bar...

So went to sunway for quick grab avs fuel reg(comes with 90° adapter and gauge +lifetime warranty) and abs fuel pump... Install and tune fuel pressure..Manage to run 0.9bat flawlessly...Hahaha

Will get emanage later and update the highest output I can get..And work from there

is it difficult to buy original new unit emnge ultimate? went to sunway, not sure true or not, the sales person from g1 mention market got no stock for new unit. previously quoted from n1 1.3k new unit for blue

Decided to go emanage ultimate so can transfer to new car down the road. Standalone, after talked with experience mechanic, he advise against it for dd/street car.

reason why i go for ultimate, --> 2-step rpm, for launch control.

IMHO, the price they asking for emanage ultimate is kinda stupid. You top up a bit more can get entry level standalone like Link G4 Atom. Which is miles ahead in terms of flexibility, fine tuning etc

You can tune it to suit your engine or your criteria, after all it's a standalone. just my 2cents

IINM G4 atom only support up to 4 cylinder. You gotta do more research on that though. Sorry hahaha

Quick updates:

so my HKS evc-4 boost sensor went haywire,but the controller works fine. In the end, good ol mechanical gauge is the best.

Emanage blue with boost sensor will receive it soon. bought 2nd hand from seller whom selling his putra gsr, at merely rm6xx..will post some post tune/dyno result later(2 -3 weeks).

Anyway, sifu's, would like to know how reliable this stock internal 4g63t is. this weekend went to skudai and back to KL cruising around 160 avrge, rpm around 4.5k. Temp etc is good,some reduction in water reservoir and need to topup EO [EO just below the max marker, its just i always have it slightly above max], thats about it. Turbo does not glow yet :proud: , how far can i push this, or how far can you push your 4g*t engine?

Its tiring to play 'kite' with the boost, at 4.5k rpm, a bit press at the pedal boost is in and speed up to 180

have not heard that rumours, either way, still using stock plug cable.
