need help removing paint

guys recently my mom painted the house. during the process lots of paint dust have setteled on the car body and glass. wont seem to go off. i tried polishing the body and glass, using thinner on the glass. any shop can remove this?

On the car glass ? Well my dads car had the same problem couple of years ago... for on the mirror one's you can use a shaving blade n scrap it off, but the body one u need to respray the whole car...

U used the shaving blade the remove the spots ? it worked ?

Polishing wont remove the spots...
