need help for my tein flex

any one know how to adjust the spring to get best result?
coz now i just download manual for tein flex but it is in japan word...
so pls help me..

chaboy... to get best result it's all depends on personal preference and application...but as for general guideline for street use, the gap between tyre and fender (front n rear) around 3/4inch or 1 finger...this what i read from import tuner...the hardness very subjective...hehehehe

i have read n study for evo 456789 installation manual...
i saw it ,,,, they said must do like that first ...then after that u can adj your self only at
the bottom of that suspension. no need to adj the spring again...
