Need help & advise!

Just bought this wira 1.5 converted to 1.8 doch (N/A) last week. My problem is that these car has no rear disc. Used car where i bought these car has taken out the disc said previous owner want it back and asking me to pay summore to pasang balik disc. By the time paying deposit the disc still there but after bring it to home find out it's gone. Can i bring these matter to tribunal or sue them...please help me guys.

Bring this matter to tribunal pengguna and let them do the job..
Very soon the used car dealer will give a call...
