Not an issue,i drove around with bent exhaust until i change it due to rust. i bet it during offroad trip whire reversing.

Of u felt any different in the engine response then better change it.

It's safe to drive around. Doubt if it has major implications but then again, this should be an easy fix for the exhaust shop
