Mivec aircond Problem

to all the sifu here,
im having a problem using mivec. the case is, i rev until 5k to 7k (aircond on) wen driving...but wen i shutdown the engine and restart again, im having difficulty starting it....at least try 3 times to ignite back the engine. wat is the problem sifu? if let say im driving 180 or 200 in the highway then i die lo hav to turn off the aircond....my fren said is the bosch relay thingi. i ask my mech, he said buy dunno wat spark thing. im confuse man

Did the engine starter spin smooth or not when try 3 times to ignite back the engine... the engine too high compression will cause it hard to crank if using the small battery ...

On mivec with air-con on kinda damaging for the air-con compressor..
