Importing car back from UK with AP.

anyone familiar with this AP stuff? The link above izit true? I'm worried the price is too good to be true.
Anyone import car back before from UK with AP please advice as i'm quite lost now.

Check Custom website. Seems there is a minimum price by the custom, in case there is any under declaration....
