How to re-encode those .bin, or .dat (vcd) files to divx files?

some divx are encoded with AC3 channel.. how to convert it
to a just plain divx file?

anybody know what software to use? and preferably a
freeware..

There are lotsa free guides and conversion software to choose from. I personally use Virtualdub/Nandub
