How to make Pivot Shift Lamp Blinks

Im seeking advice..

if anyone could clarify whether the Pivot Shift Lamp M & X (tap into ciggy lighter models) type could BLINK when reach the desired Rpm setting or it just light up when it..

if it does hv rapid blinking funtions.. please advise how to do it...
