How to install volt stabilizer

it is mugen type with 3 wires. red, black and yellow.

May i know how should i connect the wires

Usually
Red wire is connect to POSITIVE (of car battery)
Black wire is connect to NEGATIVE (of car battery)
and Yellow wire ??? I don't know never experience and found yet volt stabilizer with 3 wire.

Ya i'm agree wit wael..since it ald have a black ground wire why still need another extra yellow ground wire?
