How to DIY fix door seals?

My Mitsu Galant V6 viento's door seals are rotting away, and that allows rainwater to enter the cabin. Its kinda hard to find replacement seals as the car is pretty rare, and the perdana's ones dont fit. Can any one with experience guide me on how to fix this? Perhaps some universal door seals which i can use?

If this model of Galant sure got at chop shop... How many mm or inches different does the Perdana door seal compared to urs ?

i have yet to try to find at chop shop la, but i thought it would be hard because most of the galants here are the vr4 based ones

not sure how much difference compared to perdana's as the mech tried it and said cannot fit
