Honda Jazz/Fit fixes.

I need two quick answers regarding Honda Jazz/Fit.

1. How come now and then the air cond spews out stinky air. Many friends having this car also got this problem, any fix?

2. What is the original tyre size? Previously when changing tyres the shop recommended one profile bigger/smaller don't know but the tyre is very noisy, Its been about a year and perhaps its time to change. Any recommendations on tyre size and tyre to use?
