HKS circuit attack counter

i am wondering whether HKS circuit attack counter its magnetic sensor can be use at Sepang International Circuit?

really seeking for the answer for this item in order to proceed to purchase one.

Just use RaceChrono on Android.
So far, the GPS sensor is accurate.. and it gives quite good details on laps and sector info..
Best of all, It's FREE.
