Head Gasket for L200

I have just get a new metal head gasket and i have found out that the size of the gasket hole is 7.34mm and the original size of the gasket is only 7.30mm so would like to know does it matter if the size of the hole is diff or the important thing for the metalhead gasket is the thickness??
