good manual gearbox oil

anyone can recommend a good brand and performance gearbox oil for a normal 4G15 engine gearbox ? car is just a Wira.

i scared put wrong oil and gearbox rosak

some told me to look for toyota and honda gearbox oil....where to buy?

toyota gear oil is good enough. but if u want something even better, torco RGO & redline MT90 are my favourites. price RM60 per liter. depends on how u drive ur car

I had the redline gearoil in my car. MT-90

If I recall, it was RM65 a bottle 1L. I only needed 2L to fill it.

If you DIY do this it's quite easy.

Oh, and stick with GL4 oil. 75W90 is more than enough too.

the toyota and Honda MTF-III oils are pretty good oils... just go ahead with them.... can get in spare parts shop

the Honda oil is about RM180-200 for 4L depending on where u buy... the toyota cant remember... cheaper iinm

truth be told... even the tong drum cheapo gearbox oil is pretty decent...it does the job.. i even used it in my old VTEC gearbox with LSD and i used to have quite alot of drags with that car... and also a number of track days.

im using Toyota MTF for my atos. it works fine, used in on my previous perdana too.

Dude, look carefully. It says GL-5 there in the silver can. That might not work well with your 4G15. Stick with GL4!!

I use before, can get from spare part shop. Roughly RM20 per liter those days. Viscosity is 75w-90.
Now just use normal Castrol 80w-90, very cheap only. This is in my VR4 GB.
Your 4G15 no need those expensive FS MTF....

Went and check my old bills, found Castrol was quite long ago, lately my mechanic use Mobil MTF in my ride. RM16 per liter. Cheaper because he pump from his 20L tub....
