Getting a Forrester

Hi everyone
Need some information and advise from all subaru's sifu here. I am going to get a Forrester soon and i just want to know:

1. Where can i get the aftermarker performance parts for a subaru?
2. Is it easy to maintain?
3. I heard that the local subaru dealer in malaysia only bring in the normal 2.0 XT, any idea if they would bring in the STi model?
4. What is the most important thing i need to look into or care for owning a boxer engine?
