hi, anyone tried this turbo before or heard anything about it ?

Specs are listed by seller :
Compressor = A/R 61
Turbine = A/R 47
Compressor wheel: 42 / 59.4 mm (inducer / exducer)
Turbine wheel : 42.4 / 49.4mm (Exducer / Inducer)

Basically i dont really understand the specs? anyone can elaborate clearly for me ? really need the help and thanks ! and btw, how much HP can it generate ?

Is garrett officially have GT2835?.. I'm not sure

But HKS yes... its a hybrid Garrett GT28r Turbine wheel/housing and Garrett GT35r 71mm Compressor wheel. Rated ~ 380PS, check HKS website to confirm this.

The closest refference from Garrett website is the Garrett GT2871r which using also 71mm compressor wheel and rated ~ 400HP and many claim this also known as Garrett GT2835!

This "2835" now is too confusing and thats why you can see many variant spec specially at e-bay... coz many are china garrett knock-off.

Your spec seem to be similar with Garrett GT2560R aka GT28R or aka HKS GT2510 which rated ~ 300PS... Its a small turbo for your K20 project laa bro.. but with a killer transient response though!

If you have a change to view the compressor map of this "claim" garrett gt2835, you will see it have a identical map of Garrett GT2876r from garrett site... No offence, for me this 2835 is unmatched turbo... better go straight GT30R... :)

GT2835 exists on both HKS and Garrett platforms.

Garrett uses the 700382-series.

As for your turbo, it looks more like a custom matched turbo, the CH looks similar to the Mazda / Subaru style and Turbine housing is unknown. Do try and verify if it's genuine ball bearing.
