Up for sale is a piece of Mugen style front bumper lip for 99~00 EK Civic, made in PU materials, light weight, flexible and durable. Never been used or painted. Fitment is extremely good and nice. Please note this lip is meant for 99~00 EK and I do not know how it fits on other cars so you gotta do your research if you are not driving 99~00 EK.

yes, but it will be around 1/2 inch in excess on each side of your lip since the length of the lip is longer than the EG bumper. Any accessary shop can settle that for you though.
