Double Din MP4 Playing Problem

I installed a double din unit(Titanium) in my car a few months ago.
It can play MP4(Divx)
The problem is on certain file,it cannot play smoothly like jerking.
I dont know why.
Anyone got experience like this on ur double din unit?

What do you mean "certain file"? MP4? or other formats?
