Disc brake from drum brake in Wira SE

I really feel unsecure with my drum brake in Wira SE. I want to change to rear disc brake. A real noob here. Plz tell me anything that i need to know and buy in order to change to disc brake. And also plz advice me on the brand and performance. Total cost would be great. How many years should it take for me to service it or replace to new one(exactly what need to replace?). Budget below RM1000.

compare drum and disc, drum will pay u better stopping distance.
But of coz, performance vise disc is better due to heat releasing is fast.
