Defi Exhaust Temperature

got a slight prob here...once in a while the reading will go crazy...as if the thing is faulty....but after a while its back to normal....it happened recently....does it mean the sensor is showing sign of faulty?or the sensor attachment is loose?

the once a while is under any specific condition? or just crazy once a while ?
by the way.. how long you been using this meter already ?

er it fluctuates whenver i went over uneven surfaces...have been using it for approx 2 years now...
