dunno much about computer box n need help from u guys..
whats the comp. box code for putra auto..
whats the comp. box code for putra manual..
how much it cost for these comp. box?
as it hard to find..anybody wanna sell?

change mine yesterday because the mech said the ecu blow n it was 5537..he change to 0450.he told me that mine is from putra auto n the one he change is from the manual one..is it true?
he sell it to me for 750+some wiring.is it a fair price?

it seems so .. but i dont think u re auto transmission can decide properly if u put manual ECU in it. Auto ECU and Manual ECU, the function is different.

but the 5537 very sure powerful..convert my car from 1.5 to 1.8(putra) can beat original putra in long distence..dunno this 0450 can do the same..
the mech told me that the different between this manual n auto ecu is that the manual one have xtra ic/chip.but he didnt show me at the real thing..

Yes .. E.C.U Code 5537 for Putra is quite powerful, which has been removed throttle limitations. 5537 was also being used in Proton Wira 1.8Litre

it means that by using these 0450 i wont get the same performance like using the 5537?

I suppose so .. 0450 have extra socket for pluggin in some aftermarket product .. sorry i cant guide u more than that because i dont drive a Putra . just some knowledge buddie!
