Check Ignition Timing on 20v

tried to check ign timing on my blacktop 20v wif timing gun..can see the numbers nex to the crankpulley..0,10 (white-marked),15,20 deg..

but cant see the triangular pointer..how to see?

plus, say if wana set 11..how to know since its in between 10 and 15 deg?

im jus wondering why i cant seem to read the timing with the timing light i have now..mite do the diagnostics later
