Chassis crack, where to fix it ?

Hi guys, I just want to help my friend ask around see if there's any good workshop that can fix a chassis crack ? My friend's civic undercarriage hit a high kerb and it scrapped off the anti rust coating... so it starts to rust and you can see got crack... hope that someone can recommend a good place to fix it back... thank you very much ! :_:

If anyone has any idea or information, please do advise me... it's very urgent as my friend does not want to drive the car until it is fixed... he says it's dangerous... he needs to use the car daily to commute to workplace...
