change 15" to 17"

Hi,

I just got my gen2 cps and thinking to change to new 17" sport rim. But i have a few questions:

1. Will this will affect my car performance such as acceleration badly?
2. Will this make my car fuel consumption even worst?
3. Will this cause any problem to other car part such as suspension, etc?
4. Will this void warranty by proton?

Last, do you think is it worth to change to 16" or 17"?
